The Volunteer Driver Manager will lead, support, and inspire a team of employees and volunteer drivers who assist community members with accessing essential services.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, train, and support volunteer drivers
• Foster a positive, mission-focused team environment
• Oversee scheduling and program operations
• Communicate with clients, staff, and volunteers
• Solve daily operational challenges
• Track performance, identify trends, and implement improvements
• Serve as a trusted leader who motivates and empowers others
• Identify, develop, and drive department growth
• Budget management
