Volunteer: Donation Integration (Fundraise Up)

About the role

We need a volunteer to connect and configure Fundraise Up on our new Webflow site. Currently, our WordPress site handles all donation traffic via an embedded Fundraise Up widget. The goal is to ensure a seamless transition so that donors are not lost during the migration to Webflow.

The Deputy Director will provide all credentials and coordinate with our Fundraise Up account as needed throughout the project.

Responsibilities

• Fully integrate Fundraise Up into the APILO Webflow site.
• Configure donation buttons, embeds, or landing pages.
• Test end-to-end functionality, including Stripe payment processing.
• Ensure donors can complete gifts through the Webflow site without errors.
• Verify confirmation and receipt flows work correctly.
• Prevent interruption to online giving during the WordPress-to-Webflow transition.

Asian Pacific Islander Legal Outreach (APILO) is a community-based social justice organization serving the Asian and Pacific Islander and other underserved communities of the Greater Bay Area. We provide direct legal and social services to survivors of domestic violence, sexual assault, human trafficking, elder abuse, and those facing housing, immigration, and disability challenges. Guided by our mission of advancing justice, protecting rights, and promoting self-determination, we combine compassionate service with community education and advocacy to empower individuals and strengthen our communities.
