Donorbox & Fundraising Systems Volunteer

About the role

The Donorbox & Fundraising Systems Volunteer will help establish and organize the foundation’s donor infrastructure to support fundraising campaigns, recurring donations, sponsorship opportunities, emergency support funds, and community giving initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Aid in setting up and optimizing Donorbox
• Create and organize donation campaigns and recurring giving options
• Help integrate donation forms into the LoopRoots website
• Support donor acknowledgment workflows and automation
• Organize fundraising categories and campaign structure
• Assist with peer-to-peer and sponsor-based giving campaigns
• Support donation tracking and reporting structure
• Coordinate with leadership on donor engagement strategy
• Improve donor experience and online giving flow

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Donorbox, fundraising platforms, or nonprofit CRM systems
• Familiarity with Squarespace, website embeds, or integrations
• Strong organization and communication skills
• Passion for nonprofit and community-based work
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Experience with donor engagement or fundraising operations is a plus
