Volunteer Director of Development & Partnerships (Nonprofit Fundraising)

About the role

The Volunteer Director of Development & Partnerships will lead and structure LoopRoots Foundation's fundraising strategy across grants, partnerships, and donor development. This role will oversee the funding pipeline and help drive financial growth as the organization expands its programs across multiple states.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee the organization’s fundraising strategy
• Manage and support grant research and grant writing efforts
• Identify and pursue partnership and sponsorship opportunities
• Build relationships with organizations, funders, and community partners
• Help prioritize funding opportunities across programs
• Work closely with leadership on funding goals and growth strategy
• Track progress and ensure consistency across funding efforts

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in nonprofit fundraising, development, or partnerships
• Strong understanding of grants, sponsorships, or donor development
• Experience building or managing funding pipelines
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to lead and organize a team
