Qualifications
- High School diploma
- CPR and First Aid Certificates
- Valid 5-Year Coaching Connecticut certification or the ability to qualify
- An endorsement from the head coach of the program
Responsibilities
- Aid coaches and Athletic Director to help each participating student achieve a high level of skill
- Foster an appreciation for the values of discipline and sportsmanship
- Increase students’ level of self-esteem
- Teach basic skills
