About the role

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the school's sports programs and facilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of school sports programs including scheduling, equipment maintenance, and player safety.
• Manage the school's athletic facilities to ensure they are in good condition and available for use.
• Collaborate with coaches and other staff to develop and implement training programs.
• Work closely with parents and community members to promote the school's athletic programs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Education, Sports Management, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Experience working with youth athletes.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of NCAA rules and regulations.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.

Skills

• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

$45,000 - $50,000 annually based on experience.
