Volunteer Catholic Lector for Saint Therese of Avon

Responsibilities

• Aid with Mass and prayer services as a lector.
• Perform other tasks as directed.

Requirements

• Experience as a lector.
• Respect for all faiths or spiritual beliefs.
• Patience and ability to listen without judgment.
• Ability to identify and refer appropriate cases to Pastoral Care staff.
• Compliance with confidentiality and HIPAA guidelines.
• Understanding of state laws related to vulnerable adults and reporting requirements.
• Adherence to infection prevention and control procedures.
