Responsibilities

• Provide high-impact, 1:1 business coaching to entrepreneurs and small business owners in the Rochester and Southern Minnesota area.
• Guide CEOs through challenges and celebrate their successes.
• Join a network of more than 40 experienced professionals.
• Offer guidance using your expertise and experience.
• Commit to 8 hours of monthly service.
• Receive training on how to effectively mentor others.

Requirements
