Volunteer Assistant Coach
About the role: Pomona High School Girls Basketball is seeking a volunteer assistant coach. The position will support the head coach in all aspects of basketball operations.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in game preparation and strategy
- Work with players on skill development
- Participate in team meetings and practices
- Support fundraising efforts for the program
Requirements:
- Experience playing and/or coaching basketball at the high school level
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Qualifications:
- Pass a criminal background check
- Commitment to the success of the program
