About the role

As a volunteer Advocacy Leader, you build and lead the effort in your own community to help stop the authoritarian takeover and restore the rule of law nationwide, starting with the proposed Restore the Constitution Act.

Responsibilities

  • Draw on your own networks and relationships to organize in your community.
  • Work with our guidance and support to implement strategies that move things forward in your area.
  • Engage with other volunteers in a small group taking on similar roles in different states, sharing experiences and supporting each other.

Requirements

This role is for a California resident ready to organize in their own community. No prior experience is required, just drive and roots where you live.

Qualifications

  • Strong initiative and willingness to learn and adapt.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Strong communication skills to engage with community members and stakeholders.

Skills

  • Community organizing skills.
  • Networking and relationship-building abilities.
  • Basic understanding of constitutional governance and fair elections.
