About the role
As a volunteer Advocacy Leader, you build and lead the effort in your own community to help stop the authoritarian takeover and restore the rule of law nationwide, starting with the proposed Restore the Constitution Act.
Responsibilities
- Draw on your own networks and relationships to organize in your community.
- Work towards defending the U.S. Constitution and creating a fair, democratic election system.
- Engage with local officials and community members to promote constitutional governance.
- Collaborate with a small group of volunteers across different states, sharing experiences and supporting each other.
Requirements
- Ready to organize in your own community as an Oregon resident.
- No prior experience required, but strong initiative and drive are essential.
- Open to people of all backgrounds and identities.
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills to engage with community members and officials.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Interest in promoting constitutional governance and fair elections.
