About the role

As a Volumetric Sales Representative at SRM Concrete, you will play a vital role in shaping the future of our business by connecting customers with innovative solutions and helping build the communities where we live and work.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ignite new business by prospecting and developing relationships with volumetric concrete customers.
  • Foster trust and loyalty by maintaining and strengthening connections with existing clients.
  • Serve as a knowledgeable resource, providing accurate pricing, estimates, and product information to empower customer decisions.
  • Be present where it matters—conduct jobsite visits and customer meetings to understand needs and deliver exceptional service.
  • Collaborate closely with dispatch and operations teams to ensure every delivery exceeds expectations.
  • Track your progress, celebrate your wins, and continually raise the bar by meeting and exceeding individual sales goals.
  • Champion SRM’s reputation for reliability, quality, and partnership in every interaction.

Requirements

  • Experience in sales within construction, concrete, or building materials is valued, but your drive and passion matter most.
  • Exceptional communication and customer service skills—you build trust and inspire confidence.
  • Self-motivated and entrepreneurial spirit, thriving both independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with the local construction market is a plus, but a willingness to learn and grow is essential.
  • Valid driver’s license and readiness to get out in the field, meeting customers where they are.
