The Tom Bush Family of Dealerships is seeking an experienced Volkswagen Sales Consultant to join our dynamic team. Located at 9850 Atlantic Blvd, Jacksonville, FL, this full-time position offers a rewarding career with stability and growth opportunities.

Responsibilities

- Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences. - Offer expert guidance on vehicle options, features, and benefits. - Complete accurate and timely sales quotes and provide clear explanations of financial options. - Answer incoming phone calls professionally and respond promptly to internet leads. - Follow up with customers via phone, internet, and advanced dealership technologies. - Conduct test drives to demonstrate vehicle features and capabilities. - Identify and engage potential new leads to expand the customer base. - Stay organized and manage multiple tasks efficiently. - Possess excellent customer service skills, a professional appearance, and the ability to work retail hours, including Saturdays with Sundays off. - Have a valid driver’s license and pass a background and drug screening. - Build and nurture relationships naturally, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
