Key Responsibilities
- Greet and engage showroom and internet customers promptly
- Conduct needs analysis and present appropriate vehicle options
- Perform product demonstrations and test drives
- Present pricing and payment options clearly and confidently
- Maintain consistent follow-up with prospects (phone, text, email)
- Utilize CRM to track all customer interactions and pipeline activity
- Work closely with management and F&I to structure and finalize deals
- Participate in daily sales meetings and training sessions
- Possess strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Prospect through service lane, referrals, the Florida Mall, and personal network
Qualifications
- Automotive sales experience preferred (not required)
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Self-motivated with a competitive mindset
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends
- Valid driver’s license
