VoIP Technician

About the role

We are looking for motivated individuals interested in technology, networking, and telephone systems to join our team as Entry-Level VoIP Technicians. No previous VoIP experience is required—we will train the right person.

Responsibilities

• Travel to customer locations to install VoIP phone systems
• Install and configure phones and related equipment
• Learn basic networking and VoIP troubleshooting
• Assist with system cutovers and customer training
• Work alongside experienced technicians and project managers

Requirements

• Interest in technology and learning new skills
• Reliable, hardworking, and willing to learn
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable working with customers and as part of a team
• Willing and able to travel 100% Monday through Thursday

Schedule

Monday through Thursday, with 100% travel required.
