Key Responsibilities

• Handle voice interactions professionally in Korean language with clear communication
• Follow scripts and process guidelines accurately
• Record call details and maintain a positive customer experience
• Meet productivity and quality targets in a remote environment
• Troubleshoot basic connectivity issues when required
• Follow company policies, confidentiality, and data privacy standards
