Voice instructor needed in University, VA

About the role

Taylor Robinson Music is seeking private music instructors, particularly for Voice lessons. Lessons can occur in the students' homes, the instructor's home or studio, or via webcam.

Responsibilities

• Teach voice lessons to students in the University, VA area
• Set your own schedule and lesson plans
• Communicate regularly with the office
• Be organized and punctual for all lessons

Requirements

• Great with kids and love teaching
• Must have either a degree in music, be enrolled in a music program, have professional performing experience, or have previous teaching experience

Qualifications

• Flexible scheduling
• Ability to teach in-person or via webcam
• Experience with online platforms for lesson delivery

• Excellent communication skills

• Flexibility in scheduling

Benefits

• Pay range: $20 - $30 per hour

Pay

You will be paid on an independent contractor basis between $20-$30 per hour, depending on travel time, your experience/education, and your student retention rate.
