Voice instructor needed in Ruckersville, VA

About the role

Taylor Robinson Music is hiring private music instructors, especially for Voice. We do not have a brick-and-mortar studio location in the Ruckersville, VA area, but we have students needing teachers ASAP!

Responsibilities

• Teach voice lessons in students' homes, in your own home or studio/rehearsal space, or via webcam.
• Set your own schedule and lesson plans.
• Be organized and on time for all lessons.
• Communicate regularly with the office.

Requirements

• Great with kids and love teaching.
• Must have either a degree in music, enrollment in a music program, professional performing experience, or previous teaching experience.

Qualifications

• Flexible schedule.
• Ability to teach in-person or via webcam.
• Experience with remote teaching tools if preferred.

Skills

• Excellent communication skills.
• Organizational skills.
• Ability to adapt to different teaching methods.

Benefits

• Independent contractor status.
• Paid between $20-$30 per hour, dependent on travel time, experience, and student retention rate.
• No advertising, marketing, or billing responsibilities.
• Light workload due to pre-established marketing and billing support.
