Voice instructor needed in Memphis, Tennessee

About the role

Taylor Robinson Music is hiring private music instructors, especially for Voice. We do not have a brick-and-mortar studio location in the Memphis, Tennessee area, but we have students needing teachers ASAP!

Responsibilities

• Teach voice lessons in students' homes, your home, or your studio/rehearsal space.
• Set your own schedule and lesson plans.
• Communicate regularly with the office.
• Be organized and punctual for all lessons.

Requirements

• Great with kids and love teaching.
• Must have one of the following: a degree in music, enrollment in a music program, professional performing experience, or previous teaching experience.

Qualifications

• Flexible schedule.
• Ability to set your own curriculum/lesson plans.
• Experience with remote teaching (webcam lessons make up a small percentage of our student base).

Skills

Benefits

• Independent contractor status with pay ranging from $20-$30 per hour based on travel time, experience/education, and student retention rate.
• All advertising, marketing, and SEO work handled by Taylor Robinson Music.
