Voice instructor needed in Dyer, IN

About the role

Taylor Robinson Music is hiring private music instructors, especially for Voice. We do not have a brick-and-mortar studio location in the Dyer, IN area, but we have students needing teachers ASAP!

Responsibilities

• Teach voice lessons in students' homes, your own home, or your own studio/rehearsal space.
• Set your own schedule and lesson plans.
• Communicate regularly with the office.
• Be organized and punctual for all lessons.

Requirements

• Great with kids.
• Loves teaching.
• Previous teaching experience OR formal music training (degree in music, enrollment in a music program, professional performing experience).

Qualifications

• Must be able to teach in person or via webcam.
• Wear a mask, sanitize hands, and practice social distancing when applicable.

Skills

• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to organize and manage lesson schedules.

Pay

You would be paid on an independent contractor basis between $20-$30 per hour dependent on travel time, your experience/education, and your student retention rate.
