The pay for this position is $22-$27.50 per hour.

Vocational Specialists support individuals in developing supported employment plans, helping adults living with mental health challenges live their most fulfilling lives. HCRS is a team of committed providers and business leaders passionate about transforming the lives of those at risk. We strive for excellence and have achieved significant and measurable improvement in clinical outcomes for the more than 4,000 clients we serve.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s degree in a related field and relevant experience is preferred
• Experience with supported employment
• Ability to collaborate with employers, collateral professionals, and staff in a team environment
