About the role
Transform lives through meaningful employment by leading a team of Vocational Specialists in delivering high-quality, evidence-based services within our Community Support Program. This role is an opportunity to shape vocational services that empower clients to achieve independence and secure fulfilling, long-term employment.
Responsibilities
- Provide supervision, guidance, and performance evaluations for Vocational Specialists and assigned staff, cultivating a collaborative and supportive team environment.
- Deliver direct Supported Employment (SE) services to a small caseload of clients, including job development and employment-related functional support.
- Ensure all vocational services follow evidence-based models (such as IPS) and meet regulatory and quality standards.
- Support staff in the development and implementation of client-centered vocational plans, ensuring integration with overall treatment plans.
- Oversee outreach efforts to expand the network of potential job placements and employer partners.
- Track program data, analyze outcomes, and prepare reports, including leading the preparation for annual fidelity audits and quality improvement plans.
- Facilitate problem-solving, case consultations, and provide training in job development, vocational planning, and related skills.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in psychology, Social Work, Education, Rehabilitation, or Human Services required.
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience in vocational rehabilitation, supported employment, or related human services field.
- Prior supervisory or leadership experience is strongly preferred.
- Valid driver’s license, personal vehicle, and auto insurance with minimum coverage of 100,000/300,000 are essential.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, time management, and organizational skills.

- Experience monitoring and improving service delivery, preferably in a community mental health or vocational rehabilitation setting.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills to act as a liaison between clients, staff, community partners, and state agencies.
