Responsibilities
- Lead end‑to‑end UKG Workforce Management implementations across UKG Pro, UKG Ready, and UKG Dimensions.
- Plan, execute, and deliver projects while ensuring compliance and audit readiness.
- Establish and maintain project management standards, tools, and reporting mechanisms.
- Engage client stakeholders through workshops, status updates, and issue resolution.
- Deliver high‑quality project outcomes with professionalism, integrity, and collaboration.
Qualifications
- Minimum of five years of relevant UKG consulting experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, or a related field.
- Certifications in UKG modules such as Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Scheduling, and Workforce Analytics.
