Workforce Management Manager

About the role

The Manager, Workforce Management - UKG is responsible for leading end-to-end UKG Workforce Management implementations, including modules such as UKG Pro, Ready, and Dimensions. This role offers opportunities for professional growth within a collaborative environment, emphasizing continuous learning and development.

Responsibilities

• Manage project planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring documentation, governance, and compliance standards are met.
• Establish and improve project management practices, tools, and reporting for WFM solutions.
• Engage with clients and stakeholders through workshops, status updates, and issue resolution, coordinating across payroll, HR, and technology teams.
• Maintain professionalism, integrity, and a respectful work environment.

Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum five years of relevant UKG consulting experience with a focus on Workforce Management.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, or related field.
• Proficiency and certifications in UKG products/modules, including UKG Pro (Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, etc.), UKG Ready (Time & Attendance, Scheduling), and UKG Dimensions (scheduling, analytics, mobile).
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to travel as needed and work legally in the US without sponsorship.
