About the role

Seeking a Manager, Workforce Management - UKG to lead UKG Workforce Management implementations, including UKG Pro, Ready, and Dimensions. Responsible for end-to-end project delivery, developing plans, managing risks, and ensuring compliance; establishing project management standards and best practices for WFM solutions; leading client engagement through workshops, status updates, and cross-team coordination; upholding professional integrity and fostering a respectful work environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of relevant UKG consulting experience with workforce management expertise
• Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, or related field
• Certifications and proven knowledge in UKG modules like HR, Payroll, Benefits, Talent, Time & Attendance, Scheduling, and Analytics

Skills

• Strong problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to travel as needed and work legally in the U.S.
