VMI - Powder Coat - Operative

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Powder Coater to join our production team. The successful candidate will prepare and coat industrial components to a high-quality finish, ensuring consistency and attention to detail throughout the process.

Responsibilities

• Apply powder coating to prepared industrial components in line with specifications
• Prepare metal parts for coating, including cleaning, masking, and surface preparation
• Inspect finished work to ensure quality standards are met
• Carry out additional production duties as required

Requirements

• Previous experience in powder coating within an industrial environment
• Strong understanding of surface preparation techniques
• Excellent attention to detail and quality standards
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment
