About the role
We are currently seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing complex projects from conception to completion, with a focus on delivering high-quality results within budget and timeline constraints.
Responsibilities
- Oversee project planning, scheduling, and execution
- Manage client relationships and ensure project success
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure seamless project delivery
- Ensure compliance with all relevant codes and regulations
- Monitor project costs and progress towards milestones
- Prepare and present project reports to clients and stakeholders
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in project management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Qualifications
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
- Experience with construction documents and contract administration
- Knowledge of building codes and industry standards
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Pay
Salary range: $80,000 - $120,000 annually
