Visual Supervisor (Full-Time) - Boston

About the role

The Visual Supervisor at Rag & Bone, Boston, is responsible for the overall brand and product presentation within both the Boston Newbury St and Seaport locations. The supervisor will balance art and commerce by ensuring a consistent client experience, drive brand values, and promote product selling.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute in-store visual merchandising to ensure a consistent client experience, drive brand values, and promote selling within the store
• Ensure that the store presentation is consistent to the global retail strategy, visual guidelines, window installations, and special projects
• Manage VM floor map zoning in partnership with store manager
• Plan floor set execution and oversee implementation
• Update store windows with creative elements and product updates that align with brand seasonal strategies and concepts
• Manage the brand standards within the store
• Train and manage sales and support staff on the criteria
• Identify store maintenance opportunities and manage work order process
• Review floor set productivity with store manager and ensure that the store drives strong KPIs that correspond with the in-store client journey
• Adjust floor sets as needed
• Manage communication to and from the stores and HQ, including floor set planning, scheduling, and execution, new receipts and inventory levels, and special needs
• Support store and ops teams with other tasks when the store is set
• Provide inclusive and photographic recaps to corresponding store and VM partners

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year in-store visual merchandising experience
• Excellent time management, multi-tasking, communication, and organizational skills
• Strong drive for results
• Acute attention to detail, accuracy, and follow-through
• Ability to work in a fast paced, high volume, high visibility environment
• Ability to work outside of regular business hours including early mornings, late nights, and weekends
