Sales Supervisor, Full-Time - Boston

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed individual store sales goals
• Lead the sales floor to provide an exceptional customer experience
• Contribute to a technology-driven in-store experience that surprises and delights customers
• Maintain high customer satisfaction scores through Net Promoter Score (NPS)
• Act as a brand ambassador, embodying our values and engaging with customers
• Ensure inventory accuracy and control through regular cycle counts and oversight of incoming and outgoing stock
• Track and analyze BOH fulfillment, mis-pulls, cycle counts, and overall inventory accuracy
• Support loss prevention efforts and set expectations for team members
• Maintain efficient store operations and workflow
• Collaborate with merchandising to present products effectively and train staff as needed
• Provide ongoing feedback on sales, product, and allocation to store leadership
• Model and uphold all policies and procedures
• Coach new hires and improve performance of existing associates
• Participate in and lead training and customer experience programs
• Create a positive and productive work environment

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of retail experience
• Experience working in a sales or retail organization
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
• Strong interpersonal skills and effective communication
• Driven and proactive approach to taking on new challenges
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail
• Positive attitude and a dedication to motivating and supporting team members

Pay

The wage for this full-time position is $22-$28 per hour.

Schedule

Able to work a minimum of 30 hours per week, up to 40 hours per week, with flexibility in days, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed to meet business requirements.
