About the job Abbode is growing!We're looking for a Visual & Store Experience Lead to join our team full-time as we prepare for an exciting new chapter - our move from Nolita to a brand-new location this fall.This role is a combination of visual merchandising and store operations, perfect for someone who loves styling a space as much as they love connecting with clients on the floor. What you'll do:Plan and execute visual displays that bring Abbode's brand and seasonal direction to lifeHelp lead our transition to a new retail spaceStyle for photoshoots, events, and brand activationsSupport pop-ups and represent Abbode's visual identity wherever we show upSupport on the sales floor, as needed What we offer:$60,000/yearICHRA health coverageUnlimited PTOA front-row seat to a growing embroidery brand's next big move Qualifications:Minimum 2 years of retail experienceMinimum 1 year of styling/visual merchandising experienceStrong eye for design, color, and spaceExperience with Google SuiteSocial media fluencyExperience balancing creative and operational roles Bonus Points:Experience in event planning/PRExperience working closely/communicating with upper-level management If you're passionate about retail, visual storytelling, and being part of a small team building something special - we'd love to hear from you!
