About the Role

Bring vision, creativity, and leadership to the forefront. As NFM’s Visual Merchandising Manager, you’ll guide the overall aesthetic of the showroom and ensure every space reflects NFM’s brand standards. Working closely with senior leadership, you’ll lead the team in crafting inspiring, dynamic displays that elevate the customer experience and support strategic business goals.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the planning and execution of floor sets, seasonal presentations, and new product launches
  • Maintain a creative, collaborative environment that drives sales and enhances the in-store experience
  • Assist Senior Visual Leadership in developing and executing merchandising and trend strategies
  • Collaborate with Merchandising and Display leaders to create engaging visual experiences that resonate with customers
  • Lead the team in maximizing showroom real estate to support creative brand strategy and timely product transitions

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Merchandising, Marketing, Design, Art, or related field, or equivalent experience preferred
  • 5–7 years of visual display or related experience, preferably in a retail home furnishings or fashion-related business
  • 4 years of supervisory/management experience
  • Valid driver’s license and ongoing acceptable driving record
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work with little to no supervision
  • Good color vision and the ability to coordinate colors and styles
  • Computer knowledge, including Microsoft Office Applications
  • Ability to work nights, weekends, and/or early morning hours based on business needs

Pay

$62,147 – $77,062 annually
