Visual Keyholder

About the role

The Visual Keyholder plays a crucial role in creating an inspiring and engaging shopping experience for customers. They are responsible for setting up garment presentations, managing the store's visual identity, and ensuring that the store meets its sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Set up garment presentations and manage displays in the store and windows according to the Commercial Handbook.
• Determine additional commercial opportunities within the H&M brand guidelines and execute floor moves based on these discussions.
• Share, inspire, and educate the store team on current fashion trends, upcoming campaigns, and brand standards.
• Support the store in achieving an excellent customer experience by meeting customer expectations.
• Follow the H&M Visual Identity through the implementation of the Commercial Handbook and ensure well-styled mannequins in windows and in-store.
• Create a clear red thread from windows to A-area with wearable buying suggestions and ensure high-quality garment presentation every day.
• Leverage all sales campaigns and activities on time and according to H&M standards.
• Collaborate with the Department Manager to follow up on store KPIs and initiate actions to reach store goals and budgets.
• Audit the store using the Customer Audit Tool to maximize commercial opportunities.
• Execute floor moves and complete sample picking in a way that creates clear stories and wearable buying suggestions.
• Ensure proper fixture placement and maintain a clear customer flow.
• Support the store team in enhancing the customer and working experience through coaching and development.
• Work with the Store Management team to ensure all legal requirements and H&M policies are fulfilled.
• Evaluate and develop the visual and commercial skills of the store team through regular visual training.
• Maintain an organized visual room and keep all visual materials current.
• Perform all store routines, including opening and closing, following all Company practices and procedures.
• Work with timekeeping and scheduling systems, including approving timesheets.
• Assume overall store responsibility in absence of Store Manager or Department Manager when opening and closing the store.
• Promote employee and customer safety, resolve health and safety, legal, and security issues, and address any loss prevention and safety issues.
• Communicate with hand and power operated tools and lift items as needed.
• Work with a flexible work schedule, including nights and weekends.

• Able to work a flexible work schedule, including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• 1-2+ years of transferrable experience welcome, especially in keyholder responsibilities.
• Ability to lift in excess of 20 pounds.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time, bend, stretch, engage in repetitive motions, push, pull, and carry items (mannequins, clothing, totes, torsos, etc.) for a short distance.
• Ability to climb a ladder and use a step stool.
• Ability to work a flexible work schedule, including nights and weekends.

• Job Status: Hourly, Non-Exempt
• Hiring Range: $19.53 - 22.46 Hourly
• Compensation: May vary depending on candidate qualifications.
