Visual Content Specialist
Summary of Position
The Visual Content Specialist produces high-quality, on-brand visual assets for use across channels, including digital, social, retail, eCommerce and internal communications. This role is centered on hands-on creative execution and AI-powered production workflows that increase speed, scale and creative iteration while maintaining strong brand standards. This is a maker role: the person in this position will shoot, edit, design, version and deliver content while executing against established briefs, standards and production plans. The role is expected to use AI-enabled creative tools to accelerate production and versioning, while demonstrating sound judgment in selecting when to use AI versus traditional workflows and refining outputs through professional finishing, including retouching, compositing, editing and quality assurance.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Capture, composite, edit and deliver high-quality photography for campaigns, product storytelling, social content, retail, eCommerce and internal communications.
- Produce short- and mid-form video assets for social, web, product launches, internal communications and paid media, including shooting, editing and finishing content for final distribution.
- Use AI-enabled creative tools to accelerate ideation, mockups, storyboards, rough cuts, captions, color correction, audio cleanup, retouching, background replacement, generative extensions, object removal and visual variation.
- Refine AI-generated and traditionally produced assets through professional finishing, including retouching, compositing, editing, resizing, versioning and quality assurance to ensure production-ready, on-brand results.

- Contribute to scalable image and video workflows through templates, presets, modular layouts and repeatable production practices.
- Partner with brand, integrated, product and MarCom teams to translate approved briefs into visual executions that align with brand and campaign standards, including clarifying asset needs, developing shot lists and storyboards, and preparing deliverables for channel-specific use.
- Manage assigned visual deliverables across multiple projects simultaneously, including timelines, shoot support, asset tracking and delivery schedules, while working within approved budgets and established production plans.
- Use AI responsibly and in alignment with brand, legal and compliance standards, applying strong judgment to determine when AI-assisted workflows versus traditional production methods are most appropriate.
- Contribute to shared prompt libraries, workflow documentation and production best practices that improve efficiency across the team.
- Organize and maintain visual assets and equipment, including DAM uploads, metadata, version control and internal asset support, in alignment with established governance and usage guidelines.
- Apply performance insights, creative trends and emerging tools to refine content execution and improve output quality.
- Support coordination with freelance and agency partners as needed to extend production capacity or provide specialized execution, under established direction.
