Visual Communications Specialist/ Inside Sales

About the role

FASTSIGNS is hiring a Visual Communications Specialist/Inside Sales to serve as the initial contact with current and prospective customers in a FASTSIGNS Center. The role involves preparing estimates, implementing work orders, ensuring timely delivery of finished orders, participating in daily team meetings, executing business and marketing plans, and contributing to the overall success of the center.

Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for current and prospective customers.
• Prepare estimates, implement work orders, and ensure timely delivery of finished orders.
• Participate in daily team meetings and execute business and marketing plans.
• Work with customers via email, telephone, in‑person, and on‑site visits.
• Build long‑lasting relationships by turning prospects into long‑term clients.
• Initiate sales calls to prospective clients to expand the company’s client base.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of customer service and sales experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Outgoing, responsive, eager to learn, and able to build relationships.
• Strong listening and organization skills.
• Comfortable with both incoming and outgoing sales conversations.
• Ability to work under pressure and produce high‑volume, high‑quality work.

Pay

Compensation: $17.00 – $20.00 per hour.
