We are looking to appoint a talented and enthusiastic Visual Arts Technician to support the smooth running of our teaching across all subjects within the faculty.
Responsibilities
- Supporting staff and students with the use of equipment and assisting with practical sessions
- Specialist knowledge of Art, Printmaking and Textiles required
- Photography knowledge advantageous but not essential
- Willingness to undertake training relevant to the post
- Confidence working with and supporting students in the 16-19 age range
Requirements
The successful candidate must have specialist knowledge of Art, Printmaking and Textiles. Photography knowledge would be advantageous, though not essential.

A recruitment and retention allowance may be offered for an outstanding candidate.
Pay
£25,558 - £26,818 (Band E) full time equivalent. Actual salary £4,666- £4,896.
Schedule
8 hours per week (0.1825 fte), Term Time Only (38 weeks).
Working Pattern - Monday 8.00am – 4.30pm.
