Visitor Management Representative

Responsibilities

• Effectively operate the Visitor Management system
• Process all visitors into the facility in accordance with established processes and procedures

Requirements

• One (1) year in a healthcare or customer service related field OR equivalent combination of education and experience

Preferred

• Ability to follow oral and written instructions
• Ability to present information clearly to a wide variety of audiences
• Ability to work without close supervision
• Ability to use a computer and proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
• Ability to operate necessary equipment / machines
