About the Organization

Faith Hospice provides comfort care to those with a life-limiting illness or condition, as well as support to their families. Our team of professionals—including doctors, nurses, social workers, chaplains, hospice aides, and volunteers—serves patients in a variety of settings, including private homes, assisted living or skilled nursing facilities, hospitals, and at Trillium Woods, our unique hospice residence in Byron Center.

About the Role

We’re seeking local companions to offer a caring presence to patients in facilities or homes. No special skills are required—just an open heart. Your visits can bring immense peace and joy to patients.
