Visitor Access Representative

Anticipate patient/visitor needs; check in patients and visitors regularly.

• Greet and screen visitors and patients as they arrive at Oswego Hospital.
• Issue and document Badges for visitor display.
• Work with Hospital staff to ensure a safe environment.
• Be an important part of our Security team.
• Give direction to visitors and guests that may be new to the Hospital.
• Demonstrate a cooperative attitude when assisting.
• Routinely uses policy and procedures to ensure proper course of action.
• Maintain a safe environment for staff and visitors.
• Able to adapt to daily changes with confidence and tact.
• Excellent record keeping skills.
• Great communication skills.
• Computer skills and customer relation a must!
• Able to multi-task.
• Take on additional assignments as needed.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED required.

Qualifications

Pay Range: $16.01-$18.84/hour Employee salary is based on commensurate experience and other qualifications.
