Visitor Access Representative
Anticipate patient/visitor needs; check in patients and visitors regularly.
- Greet and screen visitors and patients as they arrive at Oswego Hospital.
- Issue and document Badges for visitor display.
- Work with Hospital staff to ensure a safe environment.
- Be an important part of our Security team.
- Give direction to visitors and guests that may be new to the Hospital.
- Demonstrate a cooperative attitude when assisting.
- Routinely uses policy and procedures to ensure proper course of action.
- Maintain a safe environment for staff and visitors.
- Able to adapt to daily changes with confidence and tact.
- Excellent record keeping skills.
- Great communication skills.
- Computer skills and customer relation a must!
- Able to multi-task.
- Take on additional assignments as needed.
Requirements
High school diploma or GED required.
Qualifications
Pay Range: $16.01-$18.84/hour Employee salary is based on commensurate experience and other qualifications.
