About the role
Rippling is the all-in-one platform that lets companies manage HR, IT, Spend, and Finance through a single employee graph. We started as an HCM platform but have since expanded to a configurable platform for various business applications.
Responsibilities
- Generate use cases for industries (retail, healthcare, manufacturing, financial services, and beyond), strategic deals, keynotes, and internal all-hands moments.
- Build demos deep inside Rippling Platform using custom data connectors, functions, custom apps, and Rippling AI.
- Create walkthroughs, narratives, and videos to support the demo stories.
- Present to executive buyers, conference audiences, and all-hands rooms, translating deep technical capability into business outcomes.
- Help GTM, Product, and Marketing teams understand and leverage the platform's capabilities.
Requirements
- 3+ years of pre-sales/solutions consulting experience, preferably including time as a Platform SC, Technical Architect, or low-code platform specialist (Salesforce Platform, ServiceNow, Workday Extend, or similar).
- Experience shipping real custom apps, workflows, and integrations on low-code platforms.
- Design data models, write logic, and build UIs for custom apps.
- Generative thinking: bring your own use cases to the table.
- Industry range: reasonably apply platform capabilities to various sectors like retail, healthcare, manufacturing, and finance.
- Executive-altitude storytelling: articulate the value of platform capabilities to C-level executives.
- AI fluency: build with LLMs and understand how they impact workflows.
- Curiosity at platform speed and a team-selling instinct: stay ahead of new capabilities and collaborate effectively.
Qualifications
- Experience with low-code platforms such as Salesforce Platform, ServiceNow, Workday Extend, or similar.
- Proven track record of designing and implementing custom apps, workflows, and integrations.
- Strong understanding of data modeling, logic writing, and user interface design.
- Ability to generate innovative use cases and demonstrate their feasibility on the platform.
- Excellent communication skills to present complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with AI tools and platforms, particularly those relevant to low-code development environments.

Pay
On-Target Earnings for US-based employees will be XX/XX commission split for base/variable pay, and aligned with one of the ranges below based on location:
- US Tier 1: 111,000 - 220,000 USD per year
- US Tier 2: 108,000 - 215,000 USD per year
- Tier 3 Remote (United States): 105,000 - 210,000 USD per year
Schedule
This role will receive a competitive On-Target Earnings (base salary + sales commission) + benefits + equity. The On-Target Earnings* for US-based employees will be XX/XX commission split for base/variable pay, and aligned with one of the ranges below based on location; see which tier applies to your location here.
The pay range for this role is: 111,000 - 220,000 USD per year (US Tier 1) 108,000 - 215,000 USD per year (US Tier 2) 105,000 - 210,000 USD per year (Tier 3 Remote (United States))
