About the Role

We are seeking independent contractor photography partners to photograph residential and commercial properties in your market. As a Virtuance Photography Partner (a 1099 contractor role), you’ll create your own schedule, work independently, and collaborate with a dynamic real estate photography team. We handle marketing, sales, editing, scheduling, and client communication, allowing you to focus on capturing exceptional photos and products.

Requirements

  • Meet all equipment requirements (detailed below)
  • Part 107 Remote Pilot in Command License
  • Proof of Limited Liability Insurance with a minimum of $1M liability coverage
  • Commitment to excellent customer service
  • Availability 2 days a week (Monday – Friday)
  • Reliable internet connection
  • Current and legal driver’s license and reliable vehicle for travel to shoots
  • Enthusiasm for joining a top network of real estate professionals

Equipment Requirements

  • Digital SLR body capable of bracketing 5+ images in AEB mode
  • Wide-angle lens (no prime lenses)
  • DJI drone: Mavic models, Phantom 3/4, Inspire 1, S900, or better (must bracket 5 images; no GoPro)
  • Sturdy tripod with ball head
  • Laptop with Windows 32-bit, Windows 64-bit, or Mac OS X
  • Theta Z1 camera
  • Smartphone: iPhone 13 or newer, or Android

Certification Requirements

This opportunity includes free online educational tools to learn about real estate photography and access to groundbreaking technology. You’ll need to demonstrate competency by completing a remote certification course and a test photoshoot.

Pay

Compensation is competitive and based on a percentage of the total price of each package ordered, divided by ground and aerial products. Earnings range from $40 to $250+ per job, depending on the products purchased.
