About the role

We are seeking individuals to partner with us at Virtuance! As a Virtuance Photography Partner (an independent contractor opportunity), you can create your own schedule and work independently while collaborating with an awesome Real Estate Photography Team!

Responsibilities

• Create exceptional photos and other products for clients in the residential and commercial sectors.
• Collaborate with an awesome Real Estate Photography Team.
• Manage your own schedule and work independently.
• Take care of the marketing, sales, editing, scheduling, client communication, and all other business aspects.
• Use the provided equipment and complete a remote certification course and test photoshoot.

Requirements

• Meet ALL equipment requirements (see Qualified Equipment List).
• Part 107 Remote Pilot in Command License.
• Must provide proof of Limited Liability Insurance with a minimum of $1m of liability coverage.
• Commitment to excellent customer service.
• Available 2 days a week (Monday – Friday).
• Reliable Internet connection.
• Own a current and legal driver's license and reliable vehicle to travel to and from shoots.

Qualifications

This business opportunity comes with free online educational tools to learn more about photography and real estate and access to groundbreaking technology. You will need to demonstrate real estate photography competency by completing a remote certification course and test photoshoot.

Skills

Photography skills, ability to manage time effectively, strong communication skills, and a passion for real estate.

Benefits

Competitive compensation for the projects completed and pay a percentage of the total price of the package ordered. We do divide it out by ground and aerial products. This can be anywhere from $40-$250+ depending on products purchased on a per job basis.

Compensation varies based on the projects completed and the products purchased.

Schedule

You are available 2 days a week (Monday – Friday).
