Virtual Speech Pathologist (Minnesota Certified)

About the role

This is a 1099 Independent Contractor position following the school district's calendar. Immediate start dates are based on available placement opportunities upon completion of the application process.

Responsibilities

• Promote creativity and excitement in the virtual learning environment
• Create strategies to engage and nurture student learning and student relationships
• Evaluate levels of speech and language
• Develop and execute treatment plans that address specific student needs
• Document sessions and record data on progress towards IEP goals
• Met with personnel at the school or district to transmit information about student progress

Requirements

• A master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology and a valid professional license from the Minnesota Professional Educator Licensing and Standards Board. Must be in good standing with no disciplinary actions on any license held
• Experience with telehealth platforms for assessment and therapy delivery in a school/IEP context
• Reliable, FERPA-compliant technology setup: webcam, headset, stable high-speed internet, private/distraction-free workspace
• Comfort collaborating remotely with classroom teachers, case managers, and families
• Must be authorized to work in the United States

This is a contract position and does not include benefits.

Pay

$315-$415 daily rate; rates are negotiable and subject to change.
