About the role

Join our mission of empowering students with learning differences as a Speech-Language Pathologist.

Responsibilities

  • Start with students on August 17, 2026
  • Parallel onboarding begins mid-July
  • Consistent 37.5 hour/week schedule during school hours (8:00 am - 4:00 pm, Monday - Friday)
  • Deliver direct services & conduct SLP evaluations
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop treatment plans and IEPs
  • Monitor each child's progress, adjust strategies as needed
  • Communicate with parents, staff, and students regarding progress
  • Meet with teachers, paraprofessionals, and specialists to discuss student needs, adaptations, and interventions
  • Participate in team meetings and collaborate to ensure student success

Requirements

  • Missouri State license
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
  • Experience with Missouri students, including expertise in IEP meetings, case management, and completing educational eligibility determinations and comprehensive reports
