About the role
Seeking a Virtual Medical Provider to deliver evidence-based primary care through telehealth, including telephonic triage, video visits, and email follow-ups. Responsibilities include treating patients, participating in weekly Clinical Rounds, collaborating with virtual and in-office team members, and utilizing clinical skills to provide exceptional virtual care.
Responsibilities
- Providing virtual care via telehealth modalities
- Engaging in continuous learning and team collaboration
- Following clinical protocols and workflows to deliver high-quality patient care
Qualifications & Skills
- Completed accredited FNP program with national certification
- Licensed in NY, with potential to obtain additional states
- At least 2 years of outpatient primary care or urgent/emergency care experience with patients of all ages within the past 5 years
- Strong clinical, communication, and technology skills
- Ability to work afternoons and evenings, with flexible scheduling
- Demonstrates a passion for human-centered care, cultural competence, adaptability, and teamwork
Pay
Compensation is $80/hr.
