Family Nurse Practitioner - Seasonal, Virtual

About the role

Seeking a Virtual Medical Provider to deliver evidence-based primary care via telehealth, including telephonic triage, video visits, and email follow-ups. The role involves collaborating with team members through daily huddles, participating in weekly clinical rounds, and utilizing clinical training to provide exceptional virtual patient care.

Responsibilities

• Manage patient care remotely, ensuring adherence to clinical protocols
• Engage in continuous learning and team collaboration
• Use technology effectively to deliver high-quality care
• Treat patients via telehealth, including video, phone, and email
• Participate in team meetings and ongoing education
• Provide compassionate, evidence-based care in a virtual setting

Requirements

• Completed an accredited FNP program with national certification
• Licensed in NY, with ability to obtain additional state licenses
• At least 2 years' experience in outpatient primary care, urgent care, or emergency medicine
• Strong clinical, communication, and technology skills
• Flexibility to work afternoons and evenings
• Demonstrates passion for human-centered care, cultural competence, and adaptability

Pay

$80/hour

Schedule

• Minimum of 40 hours weekly
• Includes rotating weekends
• Support for company holidays
