Seasonal Family Nurse Practitioner

About the Role

Provide virtual primary care through telehealth visits, including triage calls, video consultations, and email follow-ups. Collaborate with virtual and in-office team members via daily huddles and participate in ongoing learning through weekly Clinical Rounds. Use clinical training and evidence-based protocols to deliver exceptional virtual care in a flexible, remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Treat patients via telehealth platforms, including triage, video, and email follow-ups
• Engage in continuous professional development and team collaboration
• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based virtual care aligned with clinical protocols

Requirements

• Completed accredited FNP program with national certification
• Licensed in DC or TX (with potential for additional states)
• At least 2 years of outpatient primary care or urgent/emergency care experience with patients of all ages in the past 5 years
• Strong clinical and communication skills, proficiency with technology, and ability to follow workflows
• Flexibility to work afternoons and evenings, including weekend rotations and holiday support
• Passion for human-centered primary care and teamwork
• Adaptability, openness to feedback, and confidence in navigating uncertain situations

Pay

$80/hour

Schedule

Minimum of 40 hours weekly, non-benefited W2 virtual role.
