Virtual Sales Territory Manager - Location in Eastern Time Zones

Responsibilities

• Manage a defined virtual territory by working with agency partners and supporting commercial P&C business through primarily virtual engagement.
• This role follows the responsibilities of a field Territory Manager, with a focus on developing relationships, increasing submission activity, and supporting business development through consistent virtual interaction, with occasional in-person meetings as needed.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in virtual territory management or a similar sales/distribution role.
• Experience building and maintaining agency relationships and producing measurable results.
• Knowledge of commercial P&C products (Workers’ Compensation, BOP, Commercial Auto, Umbrella).
• Understanding of agency networks, market conditions, and the competitive landscape.
• Clear and effective communication and presentation skills in a virtual setting.
• Sales, relationship management, and negotiation experience.
• Experience working with partners in a primarily virtual environment.
