Responsibilities

• Individually schedule appointments with clients to conduct premium audits and obtain necessary information.
• Submit audit reports via a web portal and Davies's exclusive premium auditing software.
• Contact clients and communicate via phone, email, and face-to-face discussions.
• Examine commercial businesses’ payroll and tax records.
• Evaluate operational practices.
• Adhere to customer requirements and quality standards.
• Maintain confidentiality and act with integrity.

Requirements

• Accounting or bookkeeping experience is helpful but not required.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Numbers-oriented with strong analytical skills.
• Home office capability, including reliable home internet and a Microsoft-based computer.
• Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Ability to use deductive reasoning to find solutions.
