PREMIUM AUDITOR

Responsibilities

• Know and understand WCIRB, NCCI & ISO guidelines for classification of businesses and employees.
• Meet with clients in a given geographical territory to review their payroll and/or sales records.
• Develop a report back to the insurance carrier based on reviewed financial reports.
• Understand the business operations and employee duties of the client.
• Convey this information in a narrative to support the audited figures.
• Send initial appointment letters for scheduling of audit assignments.
• Follow up by telephone to confirm appointments.
• Update inventory system with current progress notes detailing the audit progress.
• Respond to inquiries from management and administrative team members within 24 hours.
• Finalize the audit report and submit for review by the QA team.
• Make any necessary corrections and resubmit the report within 48 hours.
• Complete all assignments within the service guidelines required by the client.
• Adhere to quality standards with your work to reduce errors coming back from the QA team and/or from the clients for revision.
