Position Responsibilities

• Conduct virtual evaluations using standardized assessment tools
• Provide teletherapy services to pediatric clients
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Complete evaluation reports and maintain timely, accurate SOAP documentation
• Provide caregiver consultation and education
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as appropriate
• Potential future supervision of a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant, if applicable

Qualifications

• Master’s degree (or higher) in Occupational Therapy
• Current, active California Occupational Therapy license in good standing (or eligible)
• Minimum 3 years of pediatric experience preferred
• Teletherapy experience strongly preferred
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Strong clinical reasoning, communication, and documentation skills
• Excellent time management and organizational skills

Additional Information

• This is a part-time, hourly (non-exempt) position
• Caseload will align with scheduled work hours and may vary based on client needs

Compensation

$55.00 - $65.00 per hour
